If your exchange request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) along with detailed instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, along with all its accessories, documentation, and any complimentary items. The product should be returned in the condition in which it was received.
Shipping for Exchanges
For approved exchange requests, we will provide instructions on returning the item. In cases where the exchange is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the shipping cost for the return. Processing Exchanges and Replacement
